La valorisation de ses travaux fera l&rsquo;objet notamment de colloques et de journ&eacute;es de sensibilisation organis&eacute;s par l&rsquo;Association&nbsp;&raquo; (article 2 des Statuts).<p>&nbsp;<p> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<b>L ARPE est une composante de l UMR de droit comparé de Paris [CNRS  Université Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne).</b> De nombreuses recherches sont menées avec le soutien de l UMR de droit comparé de Paris, et en particulier avec la collaboration de l équipe de recherche pénale de l UMR. Rattachée à l UMR de droit comparé de Paris, la Bibliothèque d études doctorales juridiques de la Sorbonne offre un précieux soutien documentaire aux activités de recherche grâce à un catalogue spécialisé, notamment en droit pénal comparé et international.<br>&nbsp;<p> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<b>L Association est née au cours d une période charnière de la construction européenne</b> : à la veille de la négociation et de l adoption du Traité de Maastricht qui a vu naître l Union européenne et en son sein le troisième pilier, c est-à-dire un cadre institutionnel et des instruments normatifs dédiés à la coopération en matière de Justice et d Affaires Intérieures (CJAI).
